| Week 1-2: |
Initial Design/Concept
We collaborate with you regarding about your design/concept and submit a proposal. An estimate quote will be provided within 2-3 days. |
| Week 3-4: |
Design Phase
Depending on the project, we will work on related fields, such as thermal analysis, mechanical design, mechanical data, CAD, and circuit diagrams. |
| Week 5: |
Design Finalized
We will finalize the design upon your approval. |
| Week 6: |
Prototype/Sample Created
We will quickly manufacture the samples per finalized design. Upon your approval on the sample, the part will go on for mass production. If a modification is needed, we will establish a revision. Once necessary changes are made, it goes on to production line. |
